What is she looking up?

ヴィクトリアンＤＹＢのレンギンのブロックを終わりました。これで他の人の分は全部終えたことになります。今回選んだのはブルーのブロックです。プリントの女性の前の方のスペースに少し余裕を持たせようと思い、ほどいて直したら針目が残ってしまいました。

I finished working on Rengin's block of Victorian Ladies DYB. This is my last job for others. First I made a bit more space in front of the lady in print.

 

 

針目を少しでも隠したいし、プリントを強調したいのでレースのモチーフで囲みました。
Added big lace motifs to empahasize the print.

 

最終的にはこうなりました。

女性はヴィクトリアンというよりはエドワーディアンのドレスで、何かを見上げています。視線の方向に何を置こうかいろいろ考えました。飛行機雲とか。小鳥とか。流れ星とか。

見つけたチャームでこれだ！と結局エッフェル塔に。
I was very glad when I found a charm of Eiffel Tower.
