A Heart for Betty

今年は、私たちの東北に限らず、日本の各地でも世界の各地でも、自然災害の当たり年でした。アメリカ東部に住む著名なクレージーキルター、ベティ・ピルズベリーはハーブ農園を持ちハーブの手作り品の販売もしている女性なのですが、ハリケーンの水害で農園を失いました。

We have had so many disasters this year; not only in Tohoku, but at many places in Japan, all over the world.



このハートは横浜に出かける前日に作って送ったものです。

This is my heart for Betty Pillsbury done the day before I left for Yokohama. She had lost her herb garden by the Irene Hurricane.
