I've made three small blocks with kimono fabrics. I used ecrue, orange silk buttonhole twists and DMC gold for seam stitches and added two kind of black miyuki beads. I am going to make jewelry pouches. I made some a few years ago in the same shape.

Making Jewelry Pouches
和布で小さなブロック（大体１０ｘ２０ｃｍ）を３枚作りました。シームステッチには絹穴糸の生成とオレンジ、ＤＭＣの金の３種類、ビーズもミユキの黒を２種類使いました。最初に材料を限定すると、色合わせ等に途中で悩まないですみますので、作業は楽です。昔作ったことのある形のジュエリーポーチを作ろうと思っています。
