東京国際キルトフェスティバル Tokyo International Quilts Festival

ちょと古いニュースになりますが、１月２４日に後楽園ドームのキルトフェスティバルに行ってきました。木戸文さんという高校同窓のキルターの方が入賞されたので、会っていろいろおしゃべりを楽しんできました。

Last month, I went to the Tokyo International Quilts Festival to see a friend. Her two quilts were hang in the dome and we enjoyed chattering very much. She was interested in my gallery opening in spring and we promised to have her quilts show there in future.

トーホー賞を受賞した『風の吹くまま』と題された蜘蛛の巣をテーマにした作品です。

Her quilt won the prize.

もう一つ、額絵部門での入選作『クリムトに縁どられ』です。

素晴らしい作品がたくさんかかっていましたが、たまたま私が惹かれて写真に撮った数点を載せてみます。
