Hearts & Hands for Sendai Quilts are on the Way to Japan

Yesterday I received an e-mail from Leslie, US, informing the Hearts & Hands Quilts were shipped to Japan. Wow! They are incredibly beautiful!! It's exciting!! But at the same time I felt a kind of heavy responsibility. Those quilts are fullfilled with each stitchers thoughts, friendships, loves, supports to noy only to me but also to whole Japanese people. What is the most effective way to use them? It's a really big question.
To be auctioned to raise fund might be a possibility. Maybe in future. But now let's admire them first now. I can't find proper words to express my appreciation to all the contributors. Thank you very much to all. And especially to Leslie!!

I had made a few kind of postcard sets to sell in Yokohama. But the photos are only selection of blocks. How exciting for visitors to see real quilts in person!
