Snowball from Merle and Rita

１０月に入ってからもしばらく暑い日が続きいつまでも半袖を着ていたような気がしますが、あっというまに暖房が欲しくなりました。いい季節が短い年でした。

スノーボール・スワップというのはＣＱＩの丸いＣＤサイズのブロック交換です。手元に届いた今年の夏を思わせる２枚です。まるで対のように似た色調ですが、最初のはオーストラリアのマール、次はアメリカ、カンザス州のリタが作ったものです。長かった夏が過ぎた今、二枚使って何か作れそうな気がします。

In CQI group, we've been doing Snowball Fight Swap. We are exchanging CD size round blocks or 6 inch hexagon blocks. Here are two beautiful snowballs I've recieved from Merle in Australia and Rita in Kansas, USA. We have had very hot summer in Japan until very recently. I am feeling like making some pair of work by using these. I love yellow and blue combination very much!! Thank you very much for your lovely work, Merle and Rita!!
